Overview of Role
The Project Manager will support the client’s program management team in overseeing a portfolio of capital projects across the East Coast. This role involves coordinating project delivery, managing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications to ensure consistent and high-quality outcomes aligned with client goals.
The Project Manager will play a key role in project execution — ensuring that work plans, timelines, and implementation strategies are effectively developed and delivered. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to achieving client satisfaction and project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple projects within the client’s program.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare project documentation including reports, presentations, and progress updates.
- Assist in the procurement and management of project contracts and vendor relationships.
- Monitor and report on project performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and ensure follow-up on key actions.
- Support senior management in developing and implementing program-wide strategies.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture focused on quality and client service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience: 4–7 years of project management experience within the construction management (CM) or corporate real estate sectors.
- Experience supporting delivery of capital improvement or interior fit-out projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Excel, etc.).
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a focus on collaboration and delivery excellence.
Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
