We’re hiring a Construction Manager to support a large-scale Data Center project. This is an onsite role requiring strong field leadership and direct data center construction experience.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager on Data Center projects (must-have)
- Strong field leadership and ability to coordinate multiple trades
- Experience managing schedule, safety, and daily site operations
- Ability to work closely with GC, subcontractors, and client teams
- Knowledge of MEP-heavy environments and mission-critical sequencing
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities onsite
- Monitor schedule and drive progress against key milestones
- Coordinate subcontractors and resolve field issues
- Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained
- Act as liaison between client, GC, and project stakeholders
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
