e&e is seeking a S/4 Techno Functional Resource for an onsite contract opportunity in Harrisburg, PA!
We are seeking an experienced S/4 Techno Functional Resource to support SAP procurement transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on SAP SRM to SAP S/4HANA Procurement migration. This role will be responsible for bridging business and technical requirements, analyzing current procurement processes, designing scalable target-state solutions, and supporting system configuration, integration, and data migration activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong techno-functional background in SAP procurement modules, experience in end-to-end migration projects, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and optimization of procurement operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support SAP SRM to S/4HANA Procurement migration by translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Review legacy SRM customizations and recommend simplification or replacement using S/4HANA capabilities.
- Analyze ECC/SRM procurement processes and design target-state workflows in S/4HANA Procurement.
- Configure and support procurement functions including requisitions, purchase orders, sourcing, and supplier collaboration.
- Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, Fiori apps, reports, interfaces, and forms.
- Support data migration activities for vendors, materials, contracts, and procurement master data.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, testing, defect resolution, and UAT support.
- Integrate S/4 Procurement with MM, FI, workflow, and external systems.
- Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-migration stabilization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve procurement efficiency and user experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5 years of SAP techno-functional experience, preferably in procurement.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SRM, ECC, and SAP S/4HANA Procurement.
- Strong knowledge of procurement workflows, system integration, and data migration.
- Experience with SAP Fiori, functional specifications, testing, and defect management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
