Job Summary
E&E Co. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Category Manager to own and grow online category performance, profitability, and customer experience across assigned channels. In this role, you will combine category strategy, e-commerce marketing, and digital visual merchandising to maximize revenue, conversion, and brand presentation across our online platforms. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Ecommerce Operations, Advertising, Product Development, Planning, and Data teams to bring winning category strategies to life. The ideal candidate is a fast AI adopter with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for e-commerce growth, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Core Essential Responsibilities
- Category Management & Commercial Ownership — Own category growth strategy, assortment planning, and performance metrics including sales, margins, inventory, and conversion — while partnering with supply chain to ensure product availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- E-Commerce Marketing Planning — Plan and execute promotional campaigns across seasonal and sale events, tracking marketing performance metrics and identifying opportunities to optimize results.
- Online Visual Merchandising — Curate and optimize brand store pages, product listings, and digital content — including imagery, banners, videos, and descriptions — to ensure brand consistency, improve conversion, and elevate the overall customer experience through A/B testing and data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in e-commerce category management or procurement roles with a focus on supply chain analytics.
- Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, contract negotiation, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in data collection tools such as SQL, data mining techniques, and data visualization software.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and demand planning software to support business requirements.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Financial acumen with experience in profit & loss analysis, pricing strategies, and financial forecasting.
