Role Description

The Associate Wall Décor Designer is a full-time on-site role based in Fremont, CA. This role involves designing creative and market-relevant wall décor products, assisting in the development of seasonal collections, and creating digital renderings and technical drawings. Key responsibilities include staying up-to-date with design trends, collaborating with the product development team, and ensuring the accurate production of designs. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in contributing to innovative and stylish wall décor products for various markets and clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong creative and conceptual design skills, with the ability to produce original and market-relevant concepts.
• Experience with technical drawing and creating precise renderings for manufacturing purposes.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of current and emerging trends in home décor is a plus.
• Passion for product design and the home furnishings industry is highly desirable.
