What are the responsibilities and job description for the Unarmed Security Guard position at E&E Athletics?
E&E Athletics, LLC is looking for professional and dependable Event Security Contractors for upcoming youth, high school, and adult sporting events throughout the Chicagoland South Suburbs and Northwest Indiana.
Pay: 25-30/hour
Requirements:
- Valid PERC Card required
- Professional and dependable
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working around athletes, coaches, parents, officials, and spectators
- Able to help maintain a safe and respectful event environment
- Weekend availability preferred
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities may include:
- Entrance and access monitoring
- Crowd and spectator management
- Maintaining restricted areas
- De-escalating conflicts when appropriate
- Supporting E&E Athletics staff with event safety procedures
- Monitoring the facility throughout the event
This is event-based independent contractor work, with opportunities for additional assignments as E&E Athletics expands its tournament schedule.
