Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative supports both inside and outside sales teams by providing pricing, quotations, and customer support. This role works closely with internal teams, dealers, and customers to ensure timely communication and accurate order processing across both locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Region Managers, dealers, and customers with sales inquiries, pricing, and product information
- Prepare quotes and proposals based on RFQs
- Enter and manage orders in the ERP system
- Communicate lead times, production updates, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and other internal departments
- Assist with production scheduling and order tracking
- Prepare municipal bid packages
- Support the Wickenburg, AZ facility, including one week of travel per quarter.
- Assist with customer communication, shipping coordination, and general administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency (ERP experience a plus)
- Willingness to learn products and processes
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 10–20 lbs regularly
- Occasional bending, twisting, and stair climbing
- Ability to travel quarterly to Wickenburg, AZ
