Position Overview
We are seeking Paramedics and Critical Care Paramedics who are:
- Motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Engaged and excited about working in evolving, high-performance EMS environments
- Passionate about clinical excellence and patient advocacy
- Able to thrive during both fast-paced critical care transports and routine medical transports
- Interested in leadership, education, or helping shape new locations and partnerships as we continue to expand

Minimum Requirements – Paramedics
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Valid Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record
- State of Florida Paramedic Certification in good standing
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Provider (or ARC CPR for Professional Rescuers)
- ACLS (AHA or State-approved equivalent)
- EVOC or CEVO (3, 4, or 5)
- FEMA ICS courses: IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, IS-800
- Preferred: PALS, PEARS, or NRP
Minimum Requirements – Critical Care Paramedics
All Paramedic requirements plus:
- PALS or NRP required
- Completion of a Critical Care Paramedic Program resulting in a certificate or certification
- Experienced critical care paramedics without a certificate/certification will be considered for interim Paramedic position and fully sponsored for an accredited Critical Care Paramedic Course.
