Position Overview

We are seeking Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) who are:

• Motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Engaged and excited about working in evolving, high-performance EMS environments
• Passionate about clinical excellence and patient advocacy
• Able to thrive during both fast-paced critical care transports and routine medical transports
• Interested in leadership, education, or helping shape new locations and partnerships as we continue to expand

Minimum Requirements – EMT's

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Valid Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record. Must pass insurance underwriting approval prior to start.
• State of Florida EMT Certification in good standing
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Provider (or ARC CPR for Professional Rescuers)
• EVOC or CEVO (3, 4, or 5)
• FEMA ICS courses: IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, IS-800

Schedule Options

We offer flexible scheduling to support work-life balance:

• 20-24-hour shifts
• 10-12-hour shifts
• Day shift / Night shift
• Rotating shifts
• Rotating weekends
• Fire/Rescue friendly (Excused absences for mandates; adaptable schedule)

Positions available: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN

Primary Work Location:

E-Care Ambulance Station – Homosassa, Citrus County, Florida
