Job Title: Digital Creative Specialist
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Vice President of Marketing
General Description Responsible for the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to improve the online sales performance of E.C. Barton & Company brands. This role works closely with the VP of Marketing, marketing team, eCommerce team and purchasing team, to help strategize and bring marketing campaigns to life, supporting paid media efforts, contributing to creative development, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. Must be eager to learn how digital marketing drives real business results and have an understanding of paid digital marketing platforms, interpreting performance metrics, and curiosity toward the impact of creative optimization.
Job Duties must perform the following duties to achieve essential job functions, other duties may be assigned:
- Works with VP of Marketing to support the development of digital marketing creative strategy and collaborates with marketing peers, eCommerce department, and purchasing department to execute the digital marketing strategy in a timely and professional manner.
- Development of digital assets for paid digital advertising channels, including but not limited to, display and video content across Meta, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube, and more. Digital asset creation should include A/B testing, audience segmentation, and multiple ad variations for optimal performance.
- Responsible for digital asset development for owned digital channels including landing pages, banners, forms, and other assets used for performance driven marketing campaigns.
- Monitors creative performance within digital marketing platforms and collaborates with marketing team members responsible for paid media to identify optimization opportunities.
- Conducts weekly research to stay up to date on digital content trends and platform features.
- Gathers, analyzes, and applies internal and external data to create and optimize digital assets regularly. This requires attention to social media content, trends, advertising hooks, and performative marketing strategies.
- Supports reporting efforts and helps to surface meaningful insights for future campaign execution and cross-platform application.
- Partners with eCommerce and merchandising teams to align campaigns with organizational product priorities and ensure consistency across digital ads and landing pages.
- Protects the integrity of the brand through all visual, written, and other formats.
- Supports optimization of key website landing pages are optimized for SEO, GEO, user engagement and key conversion events in collaboration with marketing and eCommerce teams.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, multimedia communications, advertising, or related field preferred, but not required. Equivalent experience or demonstrated interest in digital marketing will also be considered.

- Any basic SEO coursework
- Must demonstrate understanding of basic digital marketing principles and evolving trends.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret data related to marketing tends and analysis. Must be able to communicate effectively through verbal and written communication channels. Appropriate courtesy and legal etiquette when interacting with customers, coworkers and the general public are required to best represent the brands and company.
Mathematical Skills
Comfortable with basic math applications. Able to interpret graphs, charts, and data trends.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of multiple different digital marketing and social media platforms.

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
