About the Role:

As an IT Clinical Systems Analyst, you will serve as a vital link between our clinical staff and IT systems. Your responsibilities will include:

· Providing comprehensive support for CPSI/TruBridge and eClinicalWorks systems, including configuration and troubleshooting.

· Acting as a liaison with EHR vendors' technical support.

· Performing routine system maintenance and participating in on-call coverage.

· Assisting in maintaining system security and documentation.

· Collaborate with Clinical Operations to implement Team Prioritization Items

· Maintaining CPSI and eClinicalWorks employee and departmental security levels.

· Provides CPSI or eClinicalWorks training and education to individuals and/or groups in formal or informal settings.

· Provide data manipulation, reports and analysis to various levels of staff.

· Gathering annual data for MIPS reporting requirements and implementing new required systems such as electronic case reporting (ECR).

Qualifications:

· Experience with enterprise systems implementation and support.

· Prefer knowledge of CPSI/Evident and eClinicalWorks.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:
