Role Overview: In addition to having technical knowledge, this position requires strong initiative and the ability to work independently. You will become a subject matter expert for existing business systems. You will work with all departments to improve and expand the systems and processes to solve problems and gain efficiency.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP, CRM, and other systems support.
- Plan and implement new system functionality with a focus on increasing efficiency and automating manual processes.
- Participate in problem solving initiatives, and offer systems or process solutions
- Develop and maintain end user training and process documentation
- Develop and implement dashboards, reports, and business intelligence tools
- General IT support as needed to back up the Technical Support Specialist
Qualifications
- ERP experience (Epicor a plus)
- Proven experience as a IT Business Systems Analyst, ERP Lead, or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in batch manufacturing and/or industrial automation a plus
- Basic coding understanding a plus (C#, REST, web apps)
- Understanding of general business processes and ability to translate into a systems solution.
