Plumbing Apprentice
$18 to $23 per hour depending on experience. $500 SIGN ON BONUS
E.A. Flowmasters is a family owned plumbing company doing residential new construction for regional and national homebuilders in Medina County and the surrounding area. We are looking to add an apprentice to our crew.
You will work alongside a lead plumber on new construction homes, learning the trade from the ground up. Digging and running underground, hauling and cutting material, helping through rough in and finish, and keeping the job site clean and organized. Prior plumbing experience is helpful but not required. If you show up with a good attitude and want to learn, we will teach you.
Requirements
- Show up on time, every day
- Able to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet in all weather
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Reliable transportation to the shop or job site
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Plumbing or construction experience is a plus but not required
Compensation and Benefits

Our schedule stays full through the winter. This is not a summer job. Our lead plumbers run their own houses start to finish, and that is the track we will put you on if you put the work in.
