Finish / Service Plumber
$26 to $32 per hour depending on experience. $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS
E.A. Flowmasters is a family owned plumbing company doing residential new construction for regional and national homebuilders in Medina County and the surrounding area. We are looking for a finish and service plumber.
The majority of this job is trimming out new construction homes. Setting fixtures, tubs, and toilets, hooking up water heaters, and getting houses through final inspection and builder walkthrough.
The rest of the work is remodels and light service, and we need someone who has actually done both. Remodel work means opening up existing walls, working around what is already there, and rerouting drain and water lines in older homes. Service means diagnosing a problem you did not create, whether that is a leak, a bad water heater, a running toilet, or a drain issue, and fixing it right in front of the customer.
Requirements
- Experience trimming out residential new construction
- Able to set fixtures cleanly and pass inspection the first time
- Hands on remodel experience in existing homes
- Able to troubleshoot and repair existing plumbing systems on service calls
- Working knowledge of the Ohio Plumbing Code
- Professional and presentable when working in occupied homes
- Reliable, organized, and efficient
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
