Work Arrangement: 100% On-site
Position Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer Intern will support Manufacturing Engineering team to drive production readiness, manufacturing robustness, and continuous improvement for electro mechanical assemblies within DZYNE’s airborne systems manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with technicians, quality, and design engineering to mature products from prototype into stable, repeatable production builds under an AS9100 compliant QMS. You will own manufacturing documentation, tooling, test workflows, and hands on build support to ensure high quality, scalable production.

Travel Required: Less than 10%

Salary depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus. The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of salary or annual bonus.

Required Duties And Responsibilities
- Support Manufacturing Engineering team in build of UAS
- General knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes
- Ability to read, understand and interpret engineering technical information (e.g. drawings, handbooks, industry standards and specifications)
- Experience with CAD software
- An interest in aerospace and defense
- Experience designing / building multi-copters, robots, RC planes
- Degree in process and typical experience in engineering classification; Bachelor of Science - Engineering degree preferred
