professionals nationwide.
We work directly with school districts, music programs, and private teachers to deliver
instrument sales, rental programs, service programs and long-term support.
About the Role
This is a sales-focused role, not just relationship management.
You will be responsible for:
Building your own pipeline
Developing relationships with schools and teachers
Closing instrument sales and rental programs
If you enjoy prospecting, building trust, and closing deals, this is a strong opportunity to build and grow a meaningful territory.
Responsibilities
Own and grow a regional territory of schools and music programs
Prospect school music teachers, orchestra directors, and district decision-makers
Build long-term partnerships with schools, districts, and private teachers
Present and sell instrument purchase and rental programs
Visit schools, studios, and music events
Manage deals from first contact through close
Expand accounts through referrals and additional programs
Requirements
Experience in sales, business development, or territory growth
Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, email, in-person)
Ability to close deals (not just set meetings)
Strong follow-up and organization
Self-starter comfortable building a territory from scratch
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience selling into K–12 schools or districts
Relationships with music teachers or programs
Background in music or education
Experience with high-ticket or long-cycle sales
