Sales Representative - Corporate Partnerships

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and build partnerships with companies looking to offer subsidized childcare solutions to their workforce. By presenting our unique services, you'll help companies retain top talent, boost productivity and foster a family-friendly environment. Your main objective will be to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and negotiating contracts. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, particularly B2B, HR, or employee benefits sales is preferred
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with corporate clients

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for Early Childhood Education, family well-being, and corporate social responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential corporate partners, focusing on companies that would benefit from offering childcare subsidies to their employees
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR departments, employee benefits teams and decision makers
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations on how Playto Childcare can enhance employee satisfaction and performance through affordable childcare
• Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with the needs of corporate clients
• Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements to drive business growth
