This position is in Williamsburg, Brooklyn with the option for remote / hybrid schedule.
About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and build partnerships with companies looking to offer subsidized childcare solutions to their workforce. By presenting our unique services, you'll help companies retain top talent, boost productivity and foster a family-friendly environment. Your main objective will be to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and negotiating contracts. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales, particularly B2B, HR, or employee benefits sales is preferred
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with corporate clients
