DTP is seeking three dedicated clinical psychologists or licensed clinical social workers (LCSW) to conduct behavioral health screenings for scholars applying to our program. This role is essential in assessing student readiness and identifying necessary support for their success within our community. This position offers high flexibility, allowing clinicians to complete screenings remotely on a schedule that fits their professional lives.

  • Clinical Interviews: Conduct 45-60 minute remote interviews with prospective scholars.
  • Assessment: Evaluate emotional readiness, social-behavioral history, and academic resilience.
  • Clinical Reporting: Submit a concise, structured report for each candidate with an "Admit" or "Defer" recommendation.
  • Efficiency: Maintain a consistent turnaround time for reports, typically within 48 hours of the interview.

    • Education & Licensure:
    • Clinical Psychologist: PhD/PsyD and active state licensure.
    • LCSW: Master of Social Work (MSW) and active LCSW licensure.
    • Experience:
    • 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience (specifically for LCSWs).
    • Experience in diagnostic screening, intake assessments, or student evaluations is preferred.
    • Technical: Access to a private, quiet space and a reliable internet connection for remote video calls.

    Compensation is paid per completed screening (inclusive of the interview and final report):

    • Clinical Psychologist: $124.80 per screening.
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW): $93.60 per screening.
