Key qualifications include:
- 5 years of Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or Project Management experience
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering organizations
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills
- Expertise with Jira or similar workflow tools
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python
- Experience using AI tools to improve operational efficiency
- Background in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software environments
- Experience with Product Advisory Boards, Executive Briefings, or customer advisory programs is highly preferred
