Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage cross-functional programs from initiation through completion
Develop clear program roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans aligned with business objectives
Operate independently in ambiguous environments and drive progress without waiting for direction
Coordinate stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones
Facilitate decision-making and drive closure on dependencies and issues
Create executive-level presentations and communication materials
Partner with business and technical teams to align on priorities, risks, and deliverables
Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans
Support initiatives involving pricing, costing, and CPQ processes when applicable
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in a technology company
Strong ability to operate independently in dynamic environments
Experience managing global stakeholders across time zones
Strong program roadmap development and execution experience
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with pricing, costing, and CPQ processes
Background in strategic or operational programs in a hybrid work environment
Comfort working in highly ambiguous settings
