Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of SAP Service Management (SM) processes in an automotive context.
- Configure and support VMS (Vehicle Management System) for vehicle lifecycle management.
- Build and optimize warranty and claims management flows, including settlements and integration with finance and logistics.
- Support service transformation by enabling service orders, maintenance plans, and customer service processes in SAP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, FI, and external warranty platforms).
- Provide expertise in service contracts, warranty determination, and claims automation.
Required Skills
- 10 years of SAP functional experience, with deep expertise in SAP SM/CS (Customer Service / Service Management).
- Strong background in automotive industry processes (vehicle lifecycle, warranty, claims).
- Experience integrating SM with SAP SD, MM, FI-CO, and VMS.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Service and Service Contracts is a plus.
- Proven track record in end-to-end service transformation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Salary : $75 - $85
