Senior Applications Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Applications Program Manager to lead large-scale enterprise application initiatives across CRM, ERP, subscription platforms, and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing), strong understanding of ERP systems, and proven success managing complex cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can operate at both the technical and business levels, driving end-to-end delivery across multiple integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage application implementation and enhancement programs across Salesforce, ERP systems, and enterprise platforms.
• Oversee end-to-end program execution, including planning, scoping, timelines, resource management, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage cross-system integrations involving web applications, mobile apps (iOS/Android), Salesforce, and ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless interoperability.
• Drive subscription and CPQ-related initiatives, including quoting, pricing, contracting, billing, renewals, and subscription lifecycle workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, RevOps, Finance, Engineering, and Operations to align business needs with technical deliverables.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, facilitate architecture discussions, and ensure system design supports enterprise-scale requirements.
• Identify risks, manage cross-functional dependencies, and maintain effective program governance.
• Provide clear and consistent program updates to leadership and executive teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet organizational goals and support the broader order-to-cash / subscription-to-cash processes.

Qualifications

• 8 years of program or project management experience, with strong focus on enterprise application implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Proven experience managing mobile app deployments (iOS and Android), including coordination with engineering and product teams.
• Strong expertise in subscription models, CPQ processes, and customer lifecycle workflows.
• Experience managing highly integrated environments involving CRM, ERP, mobile apps, web platforms, and data systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Background in subscription or consumption-based business models.
• Strong architectural understanding of enterprise platforms and integration patterns.
• Experience supporting GTM systems, RevOps processes, and operational workflows.
• Prior experience working closely with Sales, Services, Finance, and Engineering teams.
