We are looking for an experienced SAP SD / OTC Functional Architect/Manager to lead and own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process within a dynamic enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Own OTC processes including Quotations, Sales Orders, ATP, Deliveries, Shipping, Billing, Returns/RMA, and Credit Management
Design and manage complex Pricing, Tax Determination, and AR/FICO integrations
Integrate SAP SD with MM, EWM/TM, Manufacturing, IDoc/EDI, Outputs, and Variant Configuration
Develop fit-gap analyses, configuration documentation, test plans, and collaborate with ABAP teams on enhancements
Support S/4HANA global rollouts, localization, and master data governance
Troubleshoot interfaces, batch jobs, performance issues, and drive root-cause resolution
Required Experience:
8 10 years of SAP SD experience
At least one full SAP S/4HANA implementation
Strong expertise in OTC processes and cross-functional integrations
Automotive or VMS industry experience is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Salary : $90 - $95
