Core Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate offer letters and pre-joining paperwork.
- Manage joining formalities, new-hire documentation, onboarding checklists, and induction scheduling.
- Partner with recruiting and hiring teams so new hires are ready on time.
- Coordinate local office vendors, facilities requests, supplies, and office-services follow-through.
- Work with immigration attorneys on case logistics, document requests, timeline tracking, and employee communications routing - without
- giving legal advice.
- Maintain accurate HR trackers/files and close operational tasks with minimal rework.
What Good Looks Like
- Offer and onboarding process is organized, timely, and cleanly documented.
- Candidate/new-hire communication is responsive and professional.
- Immigration-related follow-ups are discreet, accurate, and deadline-aware.
- Office/vendor issues are tracked through resolution rather than handed off loosely.
- Minimal mistakes in names, dates, letters, documents, and status updates.
Candidate Calibration
- Must-have profile HR ops / people ops background with direct ownership of offers, joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Nice to have Immigration-attorney coordination, HRIS/ATS/e-sign tools, consulting or IT-services environment, vendor/facilities exposure.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
