Job Title: NetSuite Consultant (with Coupa Procurement Experience)

Location: Santa Clara CA (2 days onsite)

Duration : 6 months

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant with strong expertise in Coupa Procurement to support our client's ERP and procurement transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in configuring, customizing, and integrating NetSuite ERP modules, while also managing and optimizing Coupa procurement workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize NetSuite ERP modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Financial Reporting.
• Develop and optimize workflows, scripts, dashboards, and reports in NetSuite.
• Support third-party integrations with NetSuite and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Troubleshoot, resolve system issues, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Manage and configure Coupa Procurement modules, including Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, and Expense Management.
• Streamline procurement workflows and enhance efficiency through system improvements.
• Integrate Coupa with NetSuite and other platforms.
• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to ensure adoption of best practices.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (implementation, configuration, and customization).
• Strong functional and technical expertise in Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Reporting).
• Proven experience with Coupa Procurement (P2P, Supplier Management, Expense Management).
• Experience with system integrations between NetSuite, Coupa, and third-party platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical/functional issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
