What are the responsibilities and job description for the Area Leader position at Dynax America Corp?
The Manufacturing Area Leader is responsible for managing their designated areas to ensure that employees have the support they need to make all shipments on time and error free. They shall promote a positive work environment for the employees and ensure maximum safety, quality, manning and production for their department on all three shifts. This includes training and supervision of employees as well as mentoring Shift Coordinators and Team Leaders.
