Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist with the internal Guidehouse project management efforts
- Attend and participate in client-facing meetings as well as internal Guidehouse project synchronization meetings
- Create and/or update FDA emergency and continuity documentation and procedures
- Develop and maintain distribution lists for FDA business continuity and emergency operations
- Assist with the implementation of the new devolution capability and model within the OFBA
- Review and improve financial, acquisitions, and budget processes, policies and procedures to support OFBA’s mission
- Develop issue-resolution, risk migration strategies and action plans as needed
- Define and document OFBA roles and responsibilities
- Collect information relevant to historical, existing, or future business needs for budget, financial and acquisitions processes
- Conduct assessments of OFBA processes to identify and document the gaps and gap level between the as-is and to- be states
- Provide a road map(s) to change current operations into the “to be” and/or ideal operations
- Recommend process measure identification and implementation techniques that will ensure effective outcomes for transformed business processes
Required Professional Skills:
- Senior Consultants are expected to have experience in one or more of the project task areas: proven process improvement management experience, understanding of data visualization and associated tools, and strong writing and verbal communications skills.

Education/Experience Requirements:
- Individuals in this role should have a minimum of (4) four years of consulting and/or general relevant work experience in addition to a bachelor’s degree.
