THE ROLE
The Inside Sales Representative drives Dynamite Roofing’s revenue from our Lehi office. You’ll present by phone and video and close deals. Once the deposit is collected, operations takes it from there. You won’t manage projects or deal with insurance companies, so your focus stays on revenue.
Your draw gives you a steady paycheck while you ramp up. Top performers earn well beyond it.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work company-provided leads and setter-booked appointments
- Deliver structured phone and video presentations and guide homeowners through their options
- Close deals, collect deposits, and secure signed contracts
- Identify and present upsell opportunities
- Follow up on every lead within our speed-to-lead standards
- Re-engage unsold and past customers to uncover new opportunities
- Generate your own leads through outreach and referrals (on top of company-provided leads)
- Train daily, hit your metrics, and keep the CRM up to date
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Prior sales experience (phone sales a plus)

COMPENSATION
You’ll get a weekly salary draw. You earn commission on every deal plus a monthly bonus based on your total contract value (TCV) sold, and those earnings go toward your draw first. Once they pass your draw, you’re paid the difference on top. The more you sell, the bigger the bonus, and there’s no cap.
