We're a growing landscape company serving Davis, Weber, and Salt Lake County. Our crews handle everything from weekly mowing routes to full landscape installs, sprinkler systems, and grounds maintenance. We're looking for a hardworking, reliable crew member to join us for the 2026 season and beyond. What You'll Do

Mowing & Maintenance

• Operate commercial zero-turn and walk-behind mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and blowers
• Mow residential and commercial properties on weekly routes
• Trim around fences, walls, beds, and obstacles; blow off driveways, walks, and patios
• Keep our quality consistent from the first property of the day to the last

Sprinkler & Irrigation

• Install new systems — mainlines, valves, heads, and controllers
• Repair broken heads, leaks, faulty valves, and damaged lines
• Spring start-ups, mid-season adjustments, and fall blowouts
• Troubleshoot coverage and timing issues

Landscape & General Labor

• Sod removal and installation
• Rock, gravel, and weed barrier installation
• Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers; mulching
• Hardscape assist: pavers, retaining walls, edging
• Load, unload, and haul materials safely
• Keep the truck, trailer, and equipment clean and ready every day

What We're Looking For

• 18 or older with a valid Utah driver's license and clean driving record (we pull trailers)
• Able to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet 8–10 hours a day, outdoors in heat, sun, and weather
• Reliable transportation to our shop or first job site
• Shows up on time, every day — reliability matters more to us than experience
• Safely operates power equipment, or willing to learn fast
• Drug-free workplace; pre-employment screening required

Bonus Points

• Prior landscape, sprinkler, construction, or farm work
• Experience pulling trailers and running commercial mowing equipment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

What We Offer

• $15/hr for mowing and maintenance work
• $22/hr for landscape installation and sprinkler work
• 40 hours per week, with 10–15 hours of overtime available during peak season (May–September)
• Growth path — strong performers move up to crew lead
• Cross-training across mowing, install, and irrigation so you can do it all
