What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Install Crew Member – Rugged Oaks Landscaping position at Rugged oaks landscaping?
Rugged Oaks Landscaping is hiring for our install crew. We build landscapes from the ground up — sod, irrigation, trees, shrubs, rock, and more. This is hands-on, physical work and we need people who want to help us continue to grow!
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable — shows up on time, every time
- Hardworking with a strong work ethic
- Ready to work hard and take pride in a finished job
What you'll do:
- Install sod, rock, mulch, plants, and trees
- Assist with sprinkler and irrigation system installs
- Operate hand tools and small equipment
- Follow directions from crew lead and deliver quality results on every job
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to the job site — this is a must
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor outdoors
- Willingness to learn and take direction
Experience in landscaping, construction, or a trade is a plus — but not required. We will train the right person. The skills can be learned. Work ethic and reliability can't. If you're the kind of person who shows up and gives it everything, we want to hear from you.
