Private Equity / Credit Valuation Professionals

We are currently connecting with valuation professionals supporting private equity and private credit portfolios across a number of our asset manager clients. While this is not tied to one specific open role, we are actively building relationships with individuals who specialize in valuing private market investments and supporting valuation processes within alternative investment platforms.

These professionals typically sit within valuation, portfolio analytics, or finance functions and work closely with investment teams, fund accounting, and senior leadership to support the valuation and analysis of illiquid investments.

Relevant experience may include:

• Performing quarterly or monthly valuations of private equity, private credit, or structured investments
• Supporting fair value analysis (ASC 820) and valuation documentation
• Building or reviewing valuation models including DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, or credit valuation methodologies
• Preparing valuation memos, reporting, and audit support for internal stakeholders and external auditors
• Analyzing portfolio company performance, credit investments, or complex securities to support valuation marks
• Partnering with investment, finance, and operations teams around valuation processes and portfolio analysis

Common backgrounds we see in these roles include:

• Private Equity / Private Credit Valuation Teams
• Portfolio Valuation / Portfolio Analytics groups at asset managers
• Valuation advisory groups within public accounting firms
• Fund administrators supporting alternative investment funds
• Big 4 valuation or financial instruments practices
