The Entry Level Assistant Manager will then manage accounts by conducting check‑ins, answering questions about billing or equipment, and offering plan upgrades when our customers add new devices.
As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you’ll join training sessions to master AT&T Fiber’s features, account management, and sales best practices. You’ll ensure customer satisfaction for our customers, ensuring their journey is smooth from start to finish. The Entry Level Assistant Manager will then handle accounts and address inquiries to keep customers informed and happy.
