What You'll Do
- Meet with customers face-to-face to introduce and promote AT&T products and services
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized support and professional communication
- Identify customer needs and recommend wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions that fit their lifestyle
- Deliver engaging product presentations and explain current promotions and offerings
- Guide customers through the enrollment and purchasing process
- Support customer satisfaction through follow-up and relationship management
