Production & Shipping Employees

Operate plant machines to fabricate sub-components and customer parts as directed.

General Responsibilities:

1. Understand and demonstrate the ability to safely operate machine shop equipment

2. Assemble fabrications to tolerances shown on customer prints.

3. Operate machinery to cope pipe/tubes, thread pipes, square ends of pipes, groove pipes, and bevel pipes.

4. Operate saws to cut material to size and deburr

5. Leak test assemblies as required

6. Clean and pack parts for shipment

7. Maintain accurate records of material usage and time spent on a workorder

8. Record all material usage and work order progress.

General Duties:

• Quality system awareness.
• Clean all machines and areas after each use
• Report any malfunctioning or damaged equipment
• And all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
• One to three months manufacturing experience and/or training
• Ability to read and interpret prints and drawings which results in the fabrication of a part or assembly
• Attention to detail
• Work well in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week

Education:
