Duties
- Engage Customers with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls, and provide information efficiently
- Handle data entry, filing, and record-keeping using Microsoft Office, EPR System, and other computer tools
- Assist with office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document proofreading
- Support customer support efforts by addressing questions, resolving issues, and providing product or service information
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and follow-up documentation
- Perform duties including filing, photocopying, and other backfillign of positions as necessary.
- Track, Enter, Distribute, and Maintain quoting activities.
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for handling inquiries via multi-line phone systems
- Previous office experience or administrative experience is preferred to support daily operations seamlessly
- Knowledge of Epicor (or similar EPR System) or bookkeeping experience is a plus for handling financial transactions
- Attention to detail in proofreading documents and managing data entry accurately
- Time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently in a busy environment
- Experience in a manufacturing enviroment is a plus
