We are currently looking for an experienced PPF installer to join our growing team.
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented PPF installer who can confidently perform professional Paint Protection Film installations with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate has professional PPF installation experience and understands that high-quality PPF work requires patience, precision, proper preparation, and excellent finishing techniques.
You will be responsible for installing PPF on a variety of vehicles, ranging from everyday vehicles to luxury, exotic, performance, and specialty vehicles.

Responsibilities
- Professionally install Paint Protection Film on a wide variety of vehicles.
- Perform full and partial PPF installations according to company specifications.
- Install PPF on bumpers, hoods, fenders, mirrors, rocker panels, doors, A-pillars, roofs, and other painted surfaces.
- Perform complete vehicle preparation prior to film installation.
- Properly wash, decontaminate, and prepare vehicle surfaces.
- Inspect paint prior to installation and identify imperfections or concerns that may affect the finished product.
- Properly handle, position, stretch, and manipulate PPF.
- Maintain proper film alignment throughout installation.
- Accurately work film around body lines, contours, edges, corners, and complex panels.
- Perform clean and precise trimming when required.
- Properly wrap edges whenever possible to achieve a clean, professional finish.
- Minimize visible seams and maintain consistent installation quality.
- Properly manage film tension and stretch to prevent distortion and excessive stress.
- Identify and correct installation issues before the vehicle is returned to the customer.
- Perform final quality-control inspections on completed installations.
- Safely work around vehicle trim, sensors, cameras, badges, emblems, and other components.
- Properly protect the vehicle throughout the installation process.
- Maintain a clean and organized installation environment.
- Properly maintain tools, equipment, and installation supplies.
- Follow company installation procedures and quality-control standards.
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers when necessary.
- Assist with training and developing apprentice installers when appropriate.
Qualifications Required
- Professional Paint Protection Film installation experience.
- Ability to independently complete PPF installations from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of proper film preparation, positioning, stretching, squeegee techniques, and finishing.
- Ability to produce clean, professional installations with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of vehicle paint and proper surface preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing installation quality.
- Ability to safely handle high-end and customer-owned vehicles.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

- Reliable transportation.
Preferred
- Experience installing XPEL Ultimate Plus PPF.
- Experience installing XPEL Stealth PPF.
- Experience with full-body PPF installations.
- Experience with complex or difficult vehicle panels.
- Experience with luxury, exotic, performance, and specialty vehicles.
- Experience using XPEL DAP or other PPF pattern software.
- Experience with edge wrapping and pattern modification.
- Experience with PPF removal and replacement.
- Experience with paint correction or detailing.
- Experience with ceramic coatings.
- Experience with automotive window tint.

Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on position.
The successful candidate should be comfortable with:
- Standing for extended periods.
