Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking a full-time Program Analyst (Junior). This position is a hybrid remote position in Alexandria, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzes the organization's strategic business needs
- Provide support to business managers, administrators, engineers, scientists, analysts, specialists, and/or technicians
- Assists more senior personnel performing work measurement studies, program/project operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, workload change impacts, or other business-related analyses
- Collects information for program or project milestones, financial, acquisition, policy, quality control, maintenance, or training documentation.
- Training and training plans
- Create workflow diagrams, mock-ups, and user stories to ensure the team and stakeholders are aligned before development begins
- Defines detailed requirements, analyzes business needs, and validates solutions with the client.
- Prepares and submits position and information papers in response to government requirements.
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in bussieness or techical related technical field
- Min 1 year of relevant focused experience
- Able to obtain a Secret security clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in Navy ERP
- Solid relationship builder
- Quality Certification (ITIL, or other)
