Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in multitasking, and possesses a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing exceptional service to our clients and efficiently managing administrative processes. Key Responsibilities:
· Manage customer communications via phone and email.
· Process, enter, and update orders and data in our database.
· Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, call management, mailing, and filing.
· Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma and minimum of 2 years office experience
· Strong communication skills for effective phone and in-person interactions.
· Proficient in multitasking, problem-solving, and working independently.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
· You have a knack for seeing how things can be done more efficiently and effectively, and are open to continuous improvement and change
