Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Relations Liaison to join our dynamic team. The CRL is responsible for the coordination of all in office task associated with durable medical equipment and supplies with patients, families and prescribing doctors. Additionally, CRL will process referrals, establish services eligibility and authorization. CRL will also ensure that patients supplies are personalized according to the referring physician's prescription and products are delivered discreetly and timely.

CRL will also ensure that patients supplies are personalized according to the referring physician's prescription and products are delivered discreetly and timely.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationship with healthcare providers, healthcare facilities and other potential referral source.
- Ensure the timely and effective provision of required services and prior authorization
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide information about products and services.
- Respond to all incoming referrals' inquiries with 24 hours
- Regularly advise referring agencies of services eligibility through corresponding, presentation and collaborative meetings
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client services and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs.
- Stay informed about company offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
- Routinely fax request to doctor's offices, hospitals and nursing homes and follow-up when necessary.
- May be required to drive company's Vehicles for minor delivery as needed, be insurable with our auto insurance provider.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or client relations is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in office software applications and data entry tasks.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience is an advantage but not required.
- Must be able to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
