Aerospace Assembly Mechanic *Must have rib wing experience

**Job Description**

• Gather necessary component parts, subassemblies, tools, and
  
  

materials.

• Operate hand tools to install fasteners, bushings, rivets, and nut
  
  

plates.

• Position and secure components per print.
• Verify specification by measuring completed components.
• Ability to drill and countersink holes for installation of riveted
  
  

nut plates, ground studs, bolts and fasteners

• Bushing and bearing installation to include swaging and staking
• Mixing and application of aircraft sealants, mixes, resins and
  
  

protective coating

• Assure quality conformance to company and customer requirements and
  
  

specifications

• Ability to read blueprints and follow customer specifications
• Inspect own work
• Attend Department and Company Meetings.
• Perform all duties in accordance with Dynamic NC Quality Management
  
  

System and Safety standards, using situation-appropriate tools and

protective equipment as applicable.

• This position will be responsible for the assembly of clips and
  
  

brackets.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**

• High school diploma / GED.
• 1-2 years of previous experience, preferred.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Organized, focused, and results-oriented.
• Excellent problem solving and prioritizing ability
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret aerospace bill of materials,
  
  

engineering drawings, customer specifications and instructions.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining
  
  

good quality work. Must be a self-started and willing to work

overtime with minimal notice.

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Some weekends required.
• **Candidate must have Rib Wing build experience.**
