- Office Location : Onalaska, WI (Relocation required for candidates outside of daily commute distance)
- Position Location : Onsite
- Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
- Benefits : 3 weeks PTO in first year, and 4 weeks on first anniversary, bi-annual performance reviews with merit increase potential, 401K, education reimbursement and much more!
Purpose & Summary : As the OEM Solutions Manager , you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, financial oversight, and compliance execution of Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations' OEM department. This role ensures overall stakeholder compliance with legislative and customer programs while developing innovative, compliant solutions. The OEM Solutions Manager also collaborates with regulatory bodies, customers, and internal teams to maintain compliance, mitigate risks, and support business growth.
Responsibilities include :
Education & Experience :
Associate's degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, Environmental Safety, or related field
Bachelor's degree
Successful Candidate Profile : The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, and has a strong understanding of legislative compliance, financial oversight, and customer / vendor management. They should be able to navigate complex regulatory requirements, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate effectively across departments.
Skills & Abilities :
Outstanding candidates will also have experience with public speaking, strategic planning, project management and knowledge of legislative writing and third-party certifications.
