Dynamic Hydraulic Services Company, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. Located in Dover, Dynamic Hydraulic Services Company, LLC, is the leader in our field for providing technical services. The Executive Assistant will provide top-level administrative support and also bring basic accounting knowledge to assist with financial tasks. This is a key role supporting our leadership team while contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our business.

Essential duties include and not limited to the following:
· Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
· Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
· Assist with basic accounting functions such as:
o Processing invoices and expense reports
o Reconciling credit card statements and receipts
o Entering data into accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)
o Supporting payroll and billing preparation as needed.
· Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper-based).
· Coordinate communication between executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
· Support special projects and company initiatives as assigned.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualified individuals should possess the following required education, experience, and essential skills:
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Minimum 5-7 years of Executive Assistant experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of general accounting experience.[rw1]
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ODOO).
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
· Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
· Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Essential Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting while working at a desk and using a computer.
· Ability to use hands to operate office equipment such as computers and copy machines.
· Must have the ability to view and interpret detailed financial reports and data on computer screens and physical documents for extended periods.
· Effective verbal communication required for meetings, presentations, and collaboration with team members.
· Occasionally required to move within the office and between departments for meetings or discussions.
· Occasionally may need to lift and carry office materials or files weighing up to 10-15 pounds.
