Key Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit of hotel financial transactions and reports.
• Reconcile daily accounts and prepare audit reports for management review.
• Provide excellent guest service, including check-in and check-out during overnight hours.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
