What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist Pelvic Health and Ortho position at Dynamic Flow Physical Therapy?
Dynamic Flow Physical Therapy, a growing, out-of-network clinic in Ventura, specializing in pelvic health, pregnancy/postpartum care and orthopedic condition is looking for a motivated, authentic, and growth-oriented Physical Therapist to join our team of skilled clinicians. We are seeking a teammate who values clinical excellence, is eager to develop their pelvic health expertise, and wants to work in a supportive, low-burnout environment where patient outcomes come first. The ideal candidate values high-quality care and is passionate about serving their patients. They believe in hands-on care, movement and returning patients to activity.
At Dynamic Flow, we are redefining pelvic and orthopedic care through a dedicated, one-on-one, patient-centered approach. Because we operate as an out-of-network, cash-based clinic, we are free from insurance limitations, allowing us to focus entirely on what matters: root-based, one-on-one care. We don’t just treat symptoms; we treat the whole person. Our 60-minute session model ensures you have the time and focus needed to provide high-quality treatment and build lasting, impactful relationships with your patients.
This is a flexible, part-time position (3 or 4 days/week) seeing up to 7 patients a day with the opportunity to grow into a full-time caseload as patient demand builds. Our office hours range from 8:00 to 4:00 p.m., 9:00 to 4:30 p.m. and 10:00 to 6:00 p.m. You will work with a diverse mix of pelvic health and orthopedic patients, utilizing advanced tools such as SoftWave Therapy, Pessary Fittings, and Rectal Balloon Training.
You will work directly with our owner, who brings over 16 years of experience to the clinic. She is a driven, accessible leader who is deeply committed to your professional growth and well-being. By clearly communicating expectations and providing consistent, supportive mentorship, she fosters an open-minded and low-burnout environment where you can truly thrive.
Our clinic boasts a super fun, active patient population that brings good energy to our day. Outside of patient care, our team culture is built on connection and wellness. We don’t just work together; we enjoy each other’s company. Whether it’s hitting a reformer pilates class, heading to the beach, or catching up over weekly coffee and team lunches, we prioritize activities that keep us mentally and physically refreshed. We do hold ourselves to professional, high standards but appreciate wearing yoga pants and comfy shoes daily. If you are looking for a workplace that values both clinical excellence and genuine team connection, you will find it here.
