Dynamic Flow Physical Therapy is a growing, out-of-network, one-on-one physical therapy clinic in Ventura specializing in pelvic health, pregnancy/postpartum care, and orthopedic conditions.
We are looking for a motivated physical therapist/occupational therapist who values high-quality care, enjoys working one-on-one with patients, and is interested in growing into (or further developing) pelvic health.
- 1:1 care only – no double booking
- 60-minute sessions focused on real results, whole-person care, root-based care (not just treating symptoms)
- Cash-based clinic (self pay, provide superbills to patients for out of network) – no insurance limitations
- Strong patient demand and opportunity to grow your caseload
- Mentorship available in pelvic health and orthopedic integration; Support patients through bladder, bowel, sexual health, pelvic, and back pain.

Position Overview
- Flexible schedule starting part-time (2–4 days/week)
- Opportunity to grow into a full-time caseload as demand builds
- Treat a mix of pelvic health and orthopedic patients
- Emphasis on hands-on care, movement, and returning patients to activity
- Additional growth opportunities as caseload increases
Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist with 2 years of pelvic health training
- Strong orthopedic background
- Pelvic health experience is a plus, but not required
- Interest in learning pelvic floor therapy (extensive mentorship available)
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Self-motivated and growth-oriented
- New grad or students are encouraged to apply if they are commited to learning pelvic health, coachable, and motivated.

2 years of experience preferred but open to new grad who has taken coursework in pelvic health, willing to be mentored, and motivated to learn/grow. Monthly bonuses available.
