The Warehouse Materials & Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the flow of materials in and out of the warehouse, ensuring accurate purchasing, timely deliveries and pickups, and efficient day-to-day operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, managing vendor relationships, and supporting overall warehouse performance

The Warehouse Materials & Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the flow of materials in and out of the warehouse, ensuring accurate purchasing, timely deliveries and pickups, and efficient day-to-day operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, managing vendor relationships, and supporting overall warehouse performance
Key Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate purchasing of materials, supplies, and equipment based on operational needs
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production or distribution schedules
- Schedule and oversee pickups and shipments with carriers and vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate on replenishment planning
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and purchase orders
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or delays
- Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in logistics and warehouse processes
- Ability to lift and move materials up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs]
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and performing warehouse-related tasks
