POSITION SUMMARY
Origin Exterior Partners is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing Spokane team. This role will be responsible for generating and closing residential sales for decking and patio cover projects while helping launch and grow our new fencing division.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in a performance-based environment and wants to build a significant income through uncapped commissions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Meet with homeowners to understand their outdoor living needs.
- Close residential sales for decks, patio covers, and fencing.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through company-generated.
- Conduct in-home consultations and prepare project estimates and proposals.
- Educate customers on products, materials, design options, and financing solutions.
- Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process and build process.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale through installation.
- Help establish and grow the fencing product line within the Spokane market.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous outside sales experience, preferably in high end home improvement, construction, remodeling, or residential services.
- Proven ability to close sales and build lasting customer relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as customer schedules require.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and technology.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience selling decks, fencing, windows, roofing, siding, remodeling, or similar home improvement products.
- Existing relationships within the Spokane/Coeur D'alene market.
- Experience with estimating or residential construction.
