Low Voltage Security Division Manager

Position Overview
The Security Division Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in overseeing all aspects of security sales operations for residential and commercial clients. This position requires a dynamic professional with experience in project management, client relations, and team leadership. The Security Division Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing security projects from inception to completion, and ensuring the highest quality of installation and service delivery.

Sales Management

• Lead and oversee all residential and commercial security sales operations.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve division sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all security sales inquiries.
• Conduct regular sales analysis and reporting to track performance and identify growth opportunities.

Project Management

• Manage security projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their security needs and customize solutions accordingly.
• Oversee the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies during project execution.

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage the security installation and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the division.
• Ensure teams are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in security sales, project management, and team leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of network and security systems, including installation and maintenance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
