What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to leads using pre-qualified lists
- Spark interest in our mortgage solutions and qualify prospects for licensed Loan Officers
- Learn the basics of the mortgage industry, sales strategy, and customer communicatio
- Attend daily dedicated training sessions focused on preparing you to pass the NMLS exam and become licensed within 60 days
- Work closely with experienced Loan Officers and team leaders to develop your skills and grow your confidence
