Full-Time Front Desk Position – Bilingual Preferred
Dymond Speech & Rehab is a well-established, therapist-owned pediatric outpatient clinic that’s been serving children across North Carolina for over 20 years. We are looking for a bilingual front desk professional who thrives in a child-friendly, fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a supportive and mission-driven team.
What You'll Do:
As one of the first people our families interact with, you’ll play an essential role in creating a warm and organized experience for patients and staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Calling families to reschedule missed or canceled appointments
- Collecting payments and co-pays based on insurance and Medicaid guidelines
- Assisting with insurance authorizations and follow-ups
- Supporting both clinical and administrative staff with scheduling and documentation
- Greeting patients and caregivers with professionalism and empathy
- Answering phones and providing front desk coverage
- Scanning and organizing documents in electronic health records
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming front office space
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
- A warm and patient-centered approach
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and shift gears quickly
- Professional phone and in-person communication skills
- Previous medical or therapy office experience (2 years preferred)
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (especially Sheets)
- Reliable transportation
- Associate’s degree preferred
